Yutaka Hatanaka brings more than three decades of IT industry expertise to his role as President & CEO

of AMICA Co. Ltd.

He established AMICA in March, 2003 for achieving his bold objective to let AMICA be Japan's leading

provider of HR Consulting Services mainly focused on IT industry.

During his distinguished career, he has held several executive roles and key positions in IT industry.

Prior to AMICA, he served as President of CSC-Japan and General Manager of Continuum-Japan for

over 10 years.

And he also served as Director of Regional Sales, Sales Branch Manager, Sales and SE of IBM-Japan

for 20 years including the special assignments of Executive Assistant to Mr. Samuel J Palmisano

(current CEO of IBM Corp.), Consultant of Corporate Marketing & Services Division in US and

Administrative Assistant to President of IBM-Japan.
